Question by nonphysical: Where can I find real estate or law firms that allow me to advertise my floral shop/services?
Or anyone know of any firms where I can advertise on their intranet?

Best answer:

Answer by abzolut
Law firms don’t really have intranets for advertising. If you’re trying to market to lawyers, you might see if your local bar association has a newsletter where you could buy advertising space.

Question by Jon H: I want to start a non-profit organization. What steps do I take get it started such as forms, legal issues?

Best answer:

Answer by PiggiePants
Specifically it depends on the state in which you are filing, but the general procedure is that you incorporate your nonprofit in your state, and register with your state’s Attorney General’s Office, then apply for tax-exempt status from the IRS.

You can find and read the information specific to state registration on your state’s web site. For IRS information. for IRS information, go to http://www.irs.gov, click on the Charities tab, and read the “Life Cycle of an Exempt Organization” to understand the process and find the links for forms.

They have offered me a 2006 quest with the same options but with a 66 month term instead of the original 60 month term and chargin me $ 568 in sales tax – a prorated amount they said. I have 13,000 miles on the lemon quest (that I bought) in Dec, 2004. Should I have to pay any sales tax on the 2006 quest and should I have to accept extending the payments by 6 months?

Question by also known as “aka”: I am looking for a search engine that allows me to screen for law firms based on their size and practice.?
Does anyone know how to screen for law firms based on their size and practice area? I want to offer free lance services to these firms and wanted to pre screen so that I can target them better.

Best answer:

Answer by Dr. Snark
I am unaware of a popularly available search engine like this. There are marketing firms that have this kind of information but you have to pay for it. If you want to be a freelancer, you might just have to do the grunt work and create a spreadsheet yourself.

Each week every member of the team, led by Samantha Cope, hand baked over 50 cakes each. We distributed the cakes throughout each floor in the Cardiff office and asked for a donation of 50p per cake. For Halloween, we did a themed cake sale – with spider shaped cakes, pumpkin shaped cookies, and lime green fairy cakes to name a few!

We set up and ran a “Bling & Buy Boutique” for one night only in the Nottingham office, where colleagues, friends and family could bring along unwanted clothes and accessories and exchange them. We now have four large bags of good quality clothes, the value of which is estimated at around £40, which we will donate to the local Barnardo’s shop.

We also organised and ran a charity fencing competition, a quiz night and a photograph auction. The team leader was Chris Eastham.
