A student told me about "Aerosol Alley" in Phoenix and gave me a map to check it out. This weekend @Clairemarilee and I headed up there and we walked the length of the alley and ended up behind the Phoenix Art Supply where a man quickly came out and asked my purpose. He said a lot of people will come photograph the graffiti in the alley and pretend the art was their own work. I explained I was here to showcase the work and photograph the beauty of it. He told us to come on inside the supply shop so we could see what they’re all about. They’re about legal graffiti and graffiti as an art form. The shop was full of paint in different receptacles including cans where you could buy different size nozzles. Very cool. Soon they’re moving to the west side and most of the work will be done indoors.

While my photograph here is Creative Commons, the graffiti is not. If you choose to use an image of mine here in publication: The photo credit is Devon Christopher Adams and the graffiti credit is "Just Blaze". Do not steal the graffiti designs or duplicate them without first contacting "Phoenix Art Supply".
